Lately, I’ve been thinking about the quiet ways our bodies speak to us—through our skin, our sleep, even the dreams that stay with us when we wake. Other times, they’re more insistent, reminding us to slow down, to listen, to take better care of ourselves.
This season, I’m trying to honor those signals. Letting my skin care routine feel like a ritual. Paying closer attention to what my dreams might be telling me. And reminding myself that rest—real, deep rest—is just as essential as everything else on my to-do list.
